O nt 17-J7-. H RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION AND
RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS
FURNISHED BY CITY OF WATERLOO STREET DEPARTMENT FOR FY
1988 OILING PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 327 .
ti WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo Street Department has furnished
certain materials and performed labor in connection with FY 1988
Oiling Program, Contract No. 327 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and
Recommendation of Acceptance for the FY 1988 Oiling Program,
Contract No. 327 , be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of February, 1988 .
