WHEREAS, I.B.F. Pork Processing has proposed that the Council
�f the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a site plan for property
generally located on the west side of North Elk Run Road, south of
the Chicago Northwestern Railroad, and
WHEREAS , it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan should be approved as proposed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the site plan for I .B.P. Pork
Processing, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of March, 1988 , and approved
by the Mayor this 4th day of March, 1988 .
