RESOLUTION APPROVING UTILITY AGREEMENT WITH WATERLOO
WATER WORKS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Utility Agreement dated March 7 , 1988 , for Independence
Avenue, IX-6600 ( 2 ) -79-07 , by and between Waterloo Water Works of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March, 1988.
