RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERING SERVICES CONTRACT WITH
WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING & SURVEYING, INC. AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
'that the Engineering Services Contract dated March 7 , 1988 , for
FY 1988 Commercial, Jefferson, West Seventh Streets
Reconstruction, Contract No. 350 , by and between Wayne Ciaassen
Engineering & Surveying, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
• Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March, 1988.
