BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Use of Highway Right-of-Way for Utilities
Accommodation dated March 7, 1988 , by and between the Iowa
Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
; PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March, 1988.
