RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SIGNING REQUEST OF JOHN DEERE
COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANSBOROUGH
AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION, IX-6615( 6 ) --79-07 ,
WHEREAS, John Deere Community Credit Union has proposed that
the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve signing
requests to place signs along University Avenue near the
intersections of Ansborough Avenue and Fletcher Avenue, and along
Fletcher Avenue near Highway No. 63 in conjunction with Ansborough
Avenue Reconstruction, IX-6615 ( 6) --79-07 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the signing request of John Deere Community Credit
Union to place signs along University Avenue near the
intersections of Ansborough Avenue and Fletcher Avenue, and along
Fletcher Avenue near Highway No. 63 in conjunction with Ansborough
Avenue Reconstruction, IX-6615( 6 ) --79-07, be and the same hereby
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that John Deere Community Credit Union
hold the City harmless from any and all situations that may be
created due to placing signs on City right-of-way.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March, 1988 , and approved
by Mayor this 9th day of March, 1988 .
