WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet
in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 4: 00 p.m. on the 17th day of March, 1988 , for the purpose
of considering and acting upon an application of Willard and Norma
Frost, Mildred Frost and Wayne and Aniceta Claassen to rezone from
"A-1" Agricultural District to "M-2 , P" Planned Industrial
District a parcel of land containing approximately 166 acres
generally located along the south side of Newell Street and the
west side of North Elk Run Road and legally described as follows:
The East 1/2 of the NW 1/4 , the West 1/2 of the NE 1/4 and
the south 200 feet of the East 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section
21, Township 89N, Range 12W, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March, 1988 .
