a WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa„
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed specifications , form of contract, etc. , for the FY 1988
Lafayette and East Fourth Streets Reconstruction Program, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 332 , and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications , form of contract , etc. , for the FY 1988 Lafayette
and East Fourth Streets Reconstruction Program, known as Contract
No. 332, which were preliminarily approved on February 22, 1988 ,
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 14 ,
1988 , and no objections were made,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said ?proposed specifications, proposed form
of contract and bond, etc. , for the FY 1988 Lafayette and East
Fourth Streets Reconstruction Program, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, known as Contract No. 332 , be, and the same are hereby,
approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of March, 1988 .
