H H G RESOLUTION APPROVING MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR
o PROPOSED EAGLE OTTAWA LEATHER COMPANY FOR PROPERTY

no WHEREAS, Eagle Ottawa Leather Co. has proposed that the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve
m amendment to move the pre-treatment plant to adjoin nthe or sma mite ain
plant, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was waived by the City Council due
to the insignificance of the nature of said mentioned site plan
amendment, and,
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan amendment should be approved as proposed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the site plan amendment for Eagle Ottawa
Leather Company to move the pre-treatment plant to adjoin the main
plant, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of March, 1988 , and approved
by Mayor this 16th day of March, 1988 .
