RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE AS
TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED BY WATERLOO CABLEVISION
COMPANY FOR WEST FOURTH STREET--PHASE I ,
IX-6583 ( 1 ) --79-07 AND ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Waterloo Cablevision Company of Waterloo, Iowa, has
under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor in connection with West Fourth
Street--Phase I , IX-6583 ( 1 ) -79-07 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of March, 1988 .
