RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH WATERLOO COURIER,
INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated March 14 , 1988 , in conjunction with
construction of an addition to existing facility in Mill Square
(See Ordinance No. 3532 ) , by and between Waterloo Courier, Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of March, 1988 .
