Lir WHEREAS, the City mot -y of Waterloo, Iowa, has had all the parcels described herein appraised and the fair market value ascertained, and WHEREAS, the acquisition of the hereinafter described parcels is necessary to carry out the Cleveland Street Reconstruction Project, IX-6627( 1 ) -79-07 , in connection with the Interstate Substitution Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the contract for the parcels hereinafter described to sell the same to the City of Waterloo, Iowa, all of which are situated in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa , are accepted and approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same in behalf of the City and to execute all instruments necessary to consummate the agreement to purchase the properties from the owners thereof, and the deeds for the conveyance of the same and also accepted and approved and the City of Waterloo is directed to pay for the properties and the incidental expenses necessary to the consummate of the sales from City Funds. The subject parcels are: Parcel No. 17 - William Gaedke, Owner Permanent Acquisition: The East 18 feet of Lots Nos. Three Hundred Twenty-seven ( 327 ) and Three Hundred Twenty-eight ( 328 ) in Galloway, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. Temporary Easement: The West 10 feet of the East 28 feet of Lots Nos. Three Hundred Twenty-seven ( 327 ) and Three Hundred Twenty-eight. ( 328 ) in Galloway, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, excepting therefrom all area occupied by buildings and two ( 2 ) feet adjacent to said buildings. Parcel No. 19 - Charles W. Granger , Owner Permanent Acquisition: The East 18 feet of Lot No. Three Hundred Thirty ( 330 ) in Galloway in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. Temporary Easement: The West 10 feet of the East 28 feet of Lot No. Three Hundred Thirty ( 330 ) , in Galloway, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, excepting therefrom all area occupied by buildings and two ( 2 ) feet adjacent to said buildings.
