RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR ENDING JUNE 30 , 1989 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

H The annual budget for the Fiscal Year ending June 30 , 1989 ,
as set forth in the Budget Summary Certificate in the detailed
budget in support thereof showing the revenue estimates and
appropriation, expenditures and allocations to programs for said
fiscal year is adopted, and the Clerk/Auditor is directed to make
the filings required by law and Clerk/Auditor to set up his books
in accordance with the summary and details as adopted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of March, 1988 , by the
following vote:
Ayes : Sammie Dell (abstention on voting on the RSVP and
Integrating Crisis line items) , Josef Fox, Rose Angel, Dave Buck
(abstention on voting for the Symphony and Grout Museum line
items) , Willie Mae Wright (abstention on voting for Jesse Cosby
line item) , Tony Budak ( abstention on voting for fire pension
budget) , Bob Brown.
