RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT

; IOWA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND ALBERT
"7 TROSTEL & SONS, INC.
• C WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa submitted an application
for Community Economic Betterment Account funds in behalf of
Albert Trostel & Sons , Inc. , and
WHEREAS, the Department of Economic Development has approved
said CEBA application in the amount of $275 , 000 .00 , and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Mayor to execute a Contract
between the City, the State, and Albert Trostel & Sons , Inc.
setting out the terms of the grant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Mayor is authorized to execute
the Contract between the City of Waterloo and the State of Iowa,
and Albert Trostel & Sons and authorizes the preparation of all
necessary documents in order to consummate an agreement with
Albert Trostel & Sons , Inc.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of March, 1988 .
