O NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE REQUEST OF RICHARD HARTLEY AND
H SUBSEQUENT ISSUES RELATING TO HIS REMOVAL AS ASSISTANT
`-+ SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS AS TUESDAY, APRIL 26, 1988 , AT
- 5 4 : 00 P.M. IN THE CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND
n ' INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO POST NOTICE OF HEARING.

WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 4 : 00 p.m. on the 26th day of April, 1988, for
the purpose of hearing all issues in connection with the removal
of Richard Hartley from the position of Assistant Superintendent
of Streets effective on February 29 , 1988 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Clerk/Auditor is hereby directed
to post notice of the time and place of said hearing as prescribed
by law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 1988.
