RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF NORTHEAST IOWA SPORTS CAR
CLUB FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE NO.
3094.
WHEREAS, the Northeast Iowa Sports Car Club will be hosting
an Autocross Event on June 5 , 1988 , and
WHEREAS, a formal application for a variance has been made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of the Northeast Iowa
Sports Car Club for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise
Ordinance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 1988.
