o DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
a ; SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
-, that the Reimbursement Agreement dated April 4 , 1988 , for
(.-engineering design services for East Downtown Traffic System,
", IX-6453 ( 2 ) --79-07, by and between the Iowa Department of
r Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 1988 .
