WHEREAS, Decathlon Club, has proposed that the Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a request for temporary placement
of signs on City right-of-way generally located on the southwest
corner of University Avenue and Ansborough Avenue and the
southeast corner of University Avenue and Fletcher Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Decathlon Club for
temporary placement of signs on City right-of-way generally
located on the southwest corner of University Avenue and
Ansborough Avenue and the southeast corner of University Avenue
and Fletcher Avenue in conjunction with Ansborough Avenue,
IX-6615(.6) --79-07 , be and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT . FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waterloo be held
harmless from any and all situations created due to placing signs
on City right-of-way.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of April, 1988, and approved
by the Mayor on this 13th day of April, 1988 .
