• ry DE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
o, that the Agreement for Use of City Street for a Detour dated April
: 11, 1988 , for Wagner Road from junction of Iowa 57 and Wagner and
northerly 1. 95 miles to north corporate line, by and between the
Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of April, 1988 .
