ca C BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Viking Insulation, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, in
the amount of $5 ,745 . 00 , for the asbestos removal "A-88(A) " for
1105 Ansborough Avenue and 600 Independence Avenue, be and is
hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid received for said
work.
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby directed to execute contract
with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this filth day of April, 1988.
