H � } INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF
• HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7: 00 p.m. on the 25th day of April, 1988 , for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate, sell and
convey a triangular portion of the northerly right-of-way of the
San Marnan Drive frontage road adjoining Lot 13 , Brookeridge
Addition owned by the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to Brian Bouck,
D.D.S. , P.C. and William C. and Cynthia S. Kline, and legally
described as follows:
A parcel of land commencing at the Southeasterly corner of
Lot 13 , Brookeridge Addition; thence Westerly 200 feet to the
point of intersection with the West line of said Lot 13
extended southerly a distance of 30 feet; thence northerly a
distance of 30 feet to the Southwesterly corner of said Lot
13 ; thence Easterly a distance of 4 . 35 feet; thence
Southeasterly to the point of beginning, in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 1988 .
