RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF MIDAMERICA SAVINGS BANK

`' - WHEREAS, Midamerica Savings Bank, has proposed that the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a request for
temporary placement of signs on City right-of-way on the north
side of Ridgeway Avenue at the intersection of the Boulevard of
Prospect Boulevard; at Prospect and Olympic; Kimball Avenue across
from McDonalds on the west side and at Brookeridge and Kimball on
the east side of Kimball; one off of San Marnan on Kimball; and
Home Plaza and Olympic,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Midamerica Savings
Bank for temporary placement of signs on City right-of-way
on the north side of Ridgeway Avenue at the intersection of the
Boulevard of Prospect Boulevard; at Prospect and Olympic; Kimball
Avenue across from McDonalds on the west side and at Brookeridge
and Kimball on the east side of Kimball; one off of San Marnan on
Kimball; and Home Plaza and Olympic in conjunction with Ansborough
Avenue, IX-6615( 6 ) --79-07, be and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Midamerica Savings Bank hold the
City of Waterloo harmless from any and all situations that may be
created due to the placement of signs on said City right-of-way.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 1988, and approved
by the Mayor on this 20th day of April, 1988 .
