H OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
kmeet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
L_ Waterloo, Iowa at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 25th day of April, 1988 , for
the purpose of considering the request of Dr. Brian Bouck, D.D.S.
to reduce platted building line along west side of West 9th Street
north of San Marnan Drive frontage road,
Reduction of the 20 foot platted building line on the east
side of Lot 13 , Brookeridge Addition, City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa, to a 10 foot building line.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
