IOWA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOR COMMUNITY
ECONOMIC BETTERMENT ACCOUNT FUNDING FOR EXPANSION OF
ADVANCED HEAT TREAT CORP.
WHEREAS, Advanced Heat Treat Corp. is anexisting industry
desiring to expand operations��;S in Waterloo;
and
WHEREAS, .c. .�
funding assistance i5 available to cities through
the Iowa Department of Economic Development' s Community Economic
Betterment Account to provide financial assistance to expanding
companies; and
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo desires to provide assistance
to the company to facilitate the creation of jobs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Mayor be directed and authorized r_zed
