TOWA, that the Council accept the offer of a State grant for five
� C % percent of the actual 5 h eligible cost for the Step i project
known as Project No. C19 769 01 under the terms specified in the
Grant Agreement and that Bernard L. McKinley, Mayor and Larry P.
Burger, Clerk/Auditor are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the Grant Agreement and affix the seal of the City thereto
on behalf of the City and that Bernard L. McKinley is authorized
and directed to sign and date the documents required by the
Comptroller of Iowa for payment of the grant amount by the State.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 1988.
