OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , FOR FY 1988 LAFAYETTE
0 AND EAST FOURTH STREETS RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM, CONTRACT
-- NO. 312 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the FY 1988
Lafayette and East Fourth Streets Reconstruction Program, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 332 , and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the FY 1988 Lafayette
and East Fourth Streets Reconstruction Program, known as Contract
No. 332, which were preliminarily approved on April 11, 1988 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 25,
1988 , and no objections were made,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, proposed form
of contract and bond, etc. , for the FY 1988 Lafayette and East
Fourth Streets Reconstruction Program, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, known as Contract No. 332 , be, and the same are hereby,
approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of April, 1988 .
