RESOLUTION APPROVING UTILITY AGREEMENT WITH WATERLOO
CABLEVISION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Utility Agreement dated May 2 , 1988 , in conjunction with
Cleveland Street, IX-6627( 3 )--79-07 , by and between Waterloo
Cablevision of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of May, 1988.
