o w RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CLERK/AUDITOR
s s TO DESTROY CERTAIN RECORDS AND PAPERS AS PROVIDED IN
o SECTION 372. 13 , PARAGRAPH 5 , 1985 CODE OF IOWA.
WHEREAS, the Code of Iowa for 1985, under the provisions of
Chapter 372.13 , Paragraph 5, provides upon order of the Council
, that all records and papers, other than proceedings, ordinances,
and instruments having to do with real estate and bond issues, may
,: be destroyed, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is
desirous of destroying certain records and papers under the
provisions of Chapter 372. 13 , Paragraph 5,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Clerk/Auditor of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and is hereby authorized and directed to
destroy the following records as provided under the provisions of
Chapter 372. 13 , paragraph 5:
Claims
January 17 , 1983 through February 14 , 1983 ;
February 14 , 1983 through March 28 , 1983 ;
March 28 , 1983 through April 25, 1983
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of May, 1988.
