m t-{ WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
co heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
i proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the FY 1988
Fourth Street Bridge Walkway Painting and Repairs, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 351 , and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the FY 1988 Fourth
Street Bridge Walkway Painting and Repairs, known as Contract No.
351 , which were preliminarily approved on April 18 , 1988 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 9 ,
1988 , and no objections were made,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, proposed form
of contract and bond, etc. , for the FY 1988 Fourth Street Bridge
Walkway Painting and Repairs, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known
as Contract No. 351 , be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of May, 1988 .
