H H RESOLUTION GRANTING APPLICATION OF ALLIED CONSTRUCTION

_ <; CO. FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE NO. 3094 .

WHEREAS, Allied Construction Co. is performing work within
the city limits of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with
Ansborough Avenue, IX-6615( 6) --79-07; and
WHEREAS, said company' s operations exceed the limits of the
- Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 33094 , and
WHEREAS, said company has made formal application for a
variance to conduct sawing operations as required in conjunction
with the paving of the above project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Allied Construction
Co. for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094 , Noise Ordinance be and
the same is hereby granted.
