RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A GRANT
AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, THE
ec H STATE OF IOWA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND RON
WEBER & ASSOCIATES OF IOWA, INC.

_. ' WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has submitted an
<.' application for Community Economic Betterment Account funds on
` behalf of Ron Weber & Associates of Iowa, Inc. ; and
R,
WHEREAS, the Department of Economic Development has approved
and funded said CEBA application in the amount of $150 , 000 . 00; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Mayor to execute a Grant
Agreement between the City, the State, and Ron Weber & Associates
of Iowa, Inc. setting forth terms of the grant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Mayor is authorized and directed
to execute the Agreement between the City of Waterloo, the State
of Iowa, and Ron Weber & Associates of Iowa, Inc. , and that all
necessary documents shall be prepared to administer the grant.
HE PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of May, 1988 .
