BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hail Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 6th day of June, 1988 , for the
purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the
FY 1988 Tower Park Access Road, in the City of Waterloo and the
taking of construction bids therefore, Contract No. 347 .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
