BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Cedar Valley Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa,
' for the FY 1988 Lafayette and East Fourth Streets Reconstruction
(.Program, Contract No. 332 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on
4 behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City
Clerk as of the 16th day of May, 1988 , together with the
accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said contract
signed by the American Home Assurance Co. of New York, New York,
as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 1988 .
