BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Extension of Lease Agreement dated May 16 , 1988 , for
McElroy Auditorium for six-months (October 1 , 1988 to March 31 ,
1989 ) , by and between National Cattle Congress of Waterloo, Iowa,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 1988.
