orl N RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERING SERVICES CONTRACT WITH
BRICE, PETRIDES-DONOHUE CO. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Engineering Services Contract dated May 16 , 1988 , for
evaluation of existing waste water treatment facilities, by and
between Brice, Petrides-Donohue Co. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 1988 .
