WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1987-1988 Fiscal Budget
% on April 7, 1987 , allocating $135 , 917. 00 of East Park Avenue
Parking District money to the Debt Service Fund for payment of
General Obligation Bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of
$4 , 321. 73 from the East Park Assessment District to the Debt
Service Fund for payment of General Obligation Bonds:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk/Auditor be
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the City
Treasurer of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said
transfer be made.
