RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE TRUST AND AGENCY FUND
THE SUM OF ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED FOURTEEN THOUSAND
NINE HUNDRED FIVE DOLLARS AND FORTY-NINE CENTS
( $1 , 114 , 905 . 49 ) TO THE GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1987-1988 Fiscal Budget
on April 7 , 1987 , allocating $2 , 248 , 867 . 00 for the City° s
Insurance, FICA and IPERS within the General Fund, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of
$1, 114 , 905 . 49 from the Trust and Agency Fund to the General Fund
for Insurance, FICA and IPERS costs as allowed by Section 384 . 12
of the State Code of Iowa.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk/Auditor be
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the City
Treasurer of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said
transfer be made.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 1988 .
