' etc < PORTIONS THEREOF, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO UNDER FY 1989
LA OILING PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 349 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
:IOWA, on its own motion and on certain petitions, that after
public hearing on May 23 , 1988, notice having been given as
required by law, it is deemed necessary and advisable that the
following streets, avenues, drives, courts, alleys , etc. and
portions of streets, avenues , drives, courts, and alleys, etc. , be
improved by oiling the same:
Dearborn Avenue from Colorado St. to Indiana St. --22 feet
j . Dearborn Avenue from Indiana St. to Adrian St. --22 feet
