COVENANT MEDICAL CENTER FOR A PROPOSED HELICOPTER o < LANDING PAD TO BE LOCATED IMMEDIATELY EAST OF THE s a EMERGENCY DOOR OF THE KIMBALL AVENUE HOSPITAL, WHICH IS • tEH GENERALLY LOCATED EAST OF KIMBALL AVENUE AND NORTH OF < RIDGEWAY AVENUE IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK ti c H to c c, tri r= COUNTY, IOWA. no WHEREAS, Covenant Medical Center has proposed that the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a special permit request for a proposed helicopter landing pad to be located immediately east of the emergency door of the Kimball Avenue Hospital, which is generally located east of Kimball Avenue and north of Ridgeway Avenue in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on May 23 , 1988 , at 7 : 00 p.m. at City Hall Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, as provided by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on the proposal to approve said above mentioned special permit request, and WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said special permit request should be approved as proposed, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the special permit request for Covenant Medical Center for a helicopter landing pad, be and the same is hereby approved.
