RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT AND BOND OF ALLIED
CONSTRUCTION CO. OF CHARLES CITY, IOWA, FOR THE
INDEPENDENCE AVENUE, IX-6600( 2) --79-07 IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Allied Construction Co. of Charles City,
Iowa, for Independence Avenue, IX-6600 ( 2 ) --79-07 , in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by
the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 23rd day of May, 1988 ,
together with the accompanying bond for the faithful performance
of said contract signed by the U. S. Fidelity and Guaranty Co. , as
surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of May, 1988 .
