3 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CANCELLATION OF GARBAGE

0 'T' ESTATE TAXES ASSESSED .AGAINST LOT 44 , BLOCK 92 ,
RIVERVIEW ADDITION, CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is
desirous of cancelling the garbage assessment under Certificate
No. 89-3310276501, in the amount of $73 . 08 , and real estate taxes
assessed in the amount of $4. 00 , for property legally described
as:
tee,. Lot 44 , Block 92 , Riverview Addition, City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa. (Parcel No. 94-0417-00-622-00-0)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the garbage assessment levied under
Certificate No. 89-3310276501 , in the amount of $73 . 08 , and real
estate taxes assessed in the amount of $4 . 00, be and the same are
hereby cancelled, and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT THE CITY CLERK be and he is
hereby directed to notify the County Treasurer of the Cancellation
of Certificate No. 89-3310276501, under assessment for past due
garbage fees in the amount of $73 . 08 , and real estate taxes in the
amount of $4 . 00 .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of May, 1988 , approved by
the Mayor this 25th day of May, 1988 .
