Hr' WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
m Engineer, to prepare and file specifications, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost etc. , for the construction of the
n
FY 1988 Street Reconstruction Program 2 , Contract No. 339, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Engineers have filed said specifications , form
of contract and preliminary estimate of costs, etc. , and the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
same,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications , form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are hereby
preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of May, 1988 .
