O c RESOLUTION NO. 1988-278
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS, FORM
p OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , FOR FY 1988 TOWER
PARK ACCESS ROAD, CONTRACT NO. 347 .
o WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the FY 1988
Tower Park Access Road, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as
Contract No. 347 , and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the FY 1988 Tower Park
Access Road, known as Contract No. 347 , which were preliminarily
approved on May 19, 1988 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 6 ,
1988 , and no objections were made,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications , proposed form
of contract and bond, etc. , for the FY 1988 Tower Park Access
Road, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 347 ,
be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 1988 .
