' WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
' Waterloo, Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the 27th day of June, 1988, for
the purpose of considering and rehearing the proposal to rezone
from "R-3" Multiple Family Residence District to "C-2" Commercial
District, a parcel of land generally located on the west side of
East Tenth Street south of Franklin Street and legally described
as follows:
Lot 5 , Block 44, Original Plat Waterloo East, except the
southeast 75 feet of the southwest 40 feet thereof, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 1988.
