RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF REHEARING AND
NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE VACATION, SALE AND CONVEYANCE
OF A PORTION OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF THE EAST SAN MARNAN
FRONTAGE ROAD AS JUNE 20 , 1988 , AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN CITY
HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WATERLOO, IOWA AND INSTRUCTING
THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7: 00 p.m. on the 20th day of June, 1988 , for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate, sell and
convey a portion of right-of-way of the east San Marnan frontage
road owned by the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to Brian Bouck, William
C. Kline and Cynthia S. Kline, and legally described as follows:
Commencing at the southeasterly corner of Lot 13 , Brookeridge
Addition; thence westerly 200. 04 feet to a point of
intersection with the west line of said Lot 13 extended
southerly a distance of 30 feet; thence northerly a distance
of 30 feet to the southwesterly corner of said Lot 13 ; thence
easterly a distance of 7. 35 feet; thence southeasterly to the
point of beginning.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 1988 .
