WHEREAS, Sunnyside Country Club has proposed that the Council
-of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve their request for. temporary
' placement of signs on City right-of-way
following locations: Kimball and Olympic;en®ally located at the
Olympic and Ridgemont; West Fourth and Doral; Ridgeway aic and 1dbWestgh;
Ridge; and West Ridge and Inverness.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Sunnyside Country
Club for temporary placement of signs on City right-of-way
generally located at the following locations: Kimball and
Olympic; Olympic and Ansborough; Olympic and Ridgemont; West
Fourth and Doral; Ridgeway and West Ridge; and West Ridge and
Inverness, be and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED Sunnyside Country Club hold the City
of Waterloo harmless from any and all situations that may be
created due to the placement of signs on said City right-of-way.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 1988, and approved
by the Mayor on this 8th day of June, 1988 .
