RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A MEDIAN CUT FOR THARALDSON
ENTERPRISES, INC. ON LAPORTE ROAD GENERALLY LOCATED AT
THE NORTHERLY CORNER OF LAPORTE ROAD AND EAST SAN MARNAN
DRIVE.
WHEREAS, Tharaldson Enterprises, Inc. , developer of the Super
8 Motel, has requested the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a
median cut on LaPorte Road generally located at the northerly
corner of LaPorte Road and East San Marnan Drive, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed and approved the
driveway location and construction plans.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that Tharaldson Enterprises, Inc. be and the same
hereby authorized to construct a median cut on LaPorte Road at the
northerly corner of LaPorte Road and East San Marnan Drive for
access to the Super 8 Motel pursuant to the construction plans
submitted to the City dated May 16 , 1988.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 1988.
