H H RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SPECIAL PERMIT REQUEST OF
o� NORTHSIDE AUTO SALVAGE FOR BUILDING OF AN OFFICEBUILDING AND CAR REPAIR BAY TO BE LOCATED AT 821
O 171E- DEARBORN AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
y COUNTY, IOWA.

WHEREAS, Northside Auto Salvage has proposed that the Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a special permit request
for building of an office building and car repair bay to be
located at 821 Dearborn Avenue, and legally described as follows:
That part of the South 597. 50 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of
the Northeast 1/4 of the North 103 . 50 feet of the Northeast
H 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, all in Section No. 30, Township 89
North, Range 12 West of the 5th P.M. , in Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of
t- the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 30 ; thence South 0°15 ' 20"
East along the East line of the Northeast 1/4 of the
Southeast 1/4 of said Section 30 a distance of 59 . 50 feet;
thence South 89°35 ' 50" West parallel with the North line of
1 said Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 a distance of 815 . 33
Ecl_ feet to the point of beginning; thence South 89°35 ' 50" West a
distance of 66 . 35 feet; thence North 0°00 ' East on a line
parallel with the West line of the Southeast 1/4 of the
Northeast 1/4 of said Section 30 a distance of 656 .79 feet to
a point which is on the North line of the South 597. 5 feet of
the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 30,
said point being 441. 0 feet East of the West line of said
Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 30; thence
North 89°36 ' 20" East along the North line of the South 597. 5
feet of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of said
Section 30 a distance of 66 . 35 feet; thence South 0°00 ' East
a distance of 656 .79 feet to the point of beginning, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said special
permit request should be approved as proposed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the special permit request of
Northside Auto Salvage for building of an office building and car
repair bay to be located at 821 Dearborn Avenue in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 1988 , and approved
by the Mayor this 8th day of June, 1988 .
