RESOLUTION APPROVING 28E AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF ELK
RUN HEIGHTS, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 28E Agreement dated June 6 , 1988 , for fire protection
services, by and between the City of Elk Run Heights, Iowa, and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 1988 .
