-H `-' THE STATE HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
O o TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
APPLICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application to Perform Work Within the State Highway
Right-of-Way to construct 12 feet of four inch CMP with a 6 inch
outlet for the detention facility serving the site development of
the proposed Super 8 Motel at San Marnan Drive and LaPorte Road
dated June 6 , 1988, by and between the Iowa Department of
Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 1988.
